Will I be working with a trainer or a Therapist?
You will work 1-on-1 with a licensed therapist for the full session. We do not use techs or trainers to provide you therapy—only licensed professionals providing direct, hands-on, individualized care with full attention and expertise throughout your visit.
What is the difference between physical therapy and occupational therapy?
Physical therapy focuses on improving movement, strength, balance, and mobility, often after injury or surgery.
